Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a $50,000 base salary with a strong opportunity to earn additional income through commissions. You will be provided with quality leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales while still going out to hunt for your own business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up on provided leads to generate new business opportunities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote our products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network
- Collaborate with Agent to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth
Qualifications:
- Currently Property and Casualty or Life/Health Licensed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making cold calls and working leads
- Passion for engaging with the community and building relationships
